The trailer sleeps six comfortably, equipped with the following:

The living room has a large, custom couch with a fold out queen size pillowtop bed. The master bedroom has plenty of storage space and a queen size custom pillowtop mattress. The bathroom includes a full-size standup shower and linen closet.
The exterior includes a 40’ x 8’ wood deck, variety of deck and lawn furniture, a 2-year-old well-maintained BBQ, a large deck box, and storage shed.
Plus, a 12’ x 8’ furnished adaroom with a fold-out bed for two adults, 5000 BTU AC, and a 750 / 1500-watt thermostat controlled Franklin stove. There is an access door from the adaroom to the trailer and bathroom as well as a separate door to the deck.
This trailer also includes small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and utensils, and quality linens.
The Golf Cart
Included with your trailer for easy transportation around the Pinehurst Trailer Resort. Comfortably seats 4 people
